‘You can live a life of fear or live a life of love . You have the choice! But I can tell you if you choose to see a world full of love, your body will respond by growing in health . If you choose to believe that you live in a dark world full of fear, your body’s health will be compromised as you physiologically close yourself down in a protection response.’ – Dr. Bruce Lipton .
What is psychological trauma ? Trauma is a extremely stressful situation that a person struggle to cope with. It interferes with our life on different levels: psychological, physical and energetical. Each of us had a mild or severe trauma in life we attached to consciously or/and subconsciously. Energy psychology explains the trauma as an imbalanced energy block which resonates within us and outwards to others . EFT helps to shift a negative energy block and re-balance an energy system.

EFT – Emotional freedom technique

Emotional freedom technique was developed by Gary Craig from Thought Field therapy of Dr. Roger Callahan. EFT emphasis is on the language and linguistic re-framing patterns characteristics of NLP. EFT comes under the umbrella of Energy psychology. The discovery behind EFT is that cause of all negative emotion is a disturbance in one or more of the body’s energy systems (meridians). How EFT works? EFT re-balance energy systems and replaces negative symptoms by healthy functioning. For example, negative emotions (fear, panic, anger, confusion, etc) are replaced by inner peace and calm.

Integrative psychology – Counselling skills with archetype
psychology, universal laws, positive psychology techniques.

Archetype psychology – psychology of personality’s matrix.

The term ‘archetype ‘ has its origins in ancient Greek. The founder of Archetype Psychology, Carl Jung ,used the concept of archetype in his theory of the human psyche. He believed that each type has its own set of values, meaning and personality traits . Most of us have several archetypes influencing on our personality, with one archetype to dominate our personality .
If we know our own archetypes and archetypes of others, loved ones, friends, colleagues, it would be helpful understand people’ s and ours behaviour and motivations .
Also we look at The DISC module of Human behaviour founded by Harvard psychologist Dr. William Moulton Marston in 1920’s. His theory of Human behaviour based on two key motivators which are motor drive( fast or slowly) and priority drive(people or task). There are four types of behaviour which characterized behavioural traits and tendencies . They are : Dominant, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance.

Universal laws

Have you ever heard about Law of Attraction ? Have you ever tried to manifest it in your life and it did not work? I am not surprised . There are others Universal laws which are influences on our success in life. All of them play as a orchestra in our life . If one of them missing, rest of them suffering.
When I work through my life using Universal Laws, I understood the reasons of my failures and successes much deeper, I understood my behaviour, my relationship much clear . Have you ever heard expression ‘ if you want to change the world – start from yourself’? First, I understood myself and then I understood my surrounding .

Positive psychology
